Education Sector
We’re passionate about protecting organisations within the education sector. Today, technology is ubiquitous and children are growing up using that technology daily. If a child’s data is leaked now, when they are young, it can impact them for the rest of their lives. There are threats our children will face in the future that we can’t even imagine yet.
An EdTech provider recently had a data breach, the Texan Attorney General (AG) has launched a lawsuit against the provider alleging they failed to implement appropriate security controls.
The AG said “Parents should never have to worry that the information they provide to enroll their children in school could be stolen and misused. My office will do everything we can to hold them accountable for putting Texas students, teachers, and families at risk.”
