Our Co-Founders
Jim is our Founder and Managing Director, he is a National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) Certified Cyber Professional (CCP) holding the Lead Security and Information Risk Advisor (L-SIRA) qualification. His expertise are in Risk Management, Data Privacy, training and Third-Party Risk Management.
He believes that security and privacy are business enablers when done well and enable the organisation to reach their goals. He is currently working on his Executive Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and combines his business and security knowledge to deliver effective outcomes.
Jim continuously strives for business and process improvement.
Amelia is our Co-Founder and Director of Cyber Consulting. She is also the Founder of CybAid CIC, a non-profit connecting Charities and Small Businesses with Cyber Support, and the Co-Author of ‘Securely Yours, An Agony Aunts’ Guide To Surviving Cyber’.
Amelia has delivered a range of strategic and hands-on engagements across a broad range of sectors including critical national infrastructure, and private sector organisations. Her work has predominantly focused on implementing cyber security frameworks aligned to regulatory and best-practice requirements.
Her philosophy of ‘meet people where they currently are and build from there’ has proven successful across supporting clients to be more resilient.

Our Team
Rachael is our Consulting Trainer in security and privacy, with over 12 years experience in delivering training and providing guidance to a varied audience in both military and civilian environments.
Rachael’s focus is on creating bespoke training and content and delivering this training to our clients, this also includes delivering the certification courses we offer.
Rachael believes that cyber security does not have to be boring but everyone needs to be involved to efficiently protect companies and personal data.
Zak is our Cyber Security Consulting Analyst with a strong foundation in IT and a drive to help improve organisations security posture and awareness. Having transitioned into cybersecurity in early 2025 after a successful career in IT sales within the education sector, Zak brings a unique blend of technical insight and client-focused communication.
He holds certifications including CISMP, CCSK, CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Requirements, and is a certified Cyber Essentials Assessor. Zak is also a director of CybAid CIC, a non-profit dedicated to connecting charities and small businesses with accessible cyber support.
Zak is committed to challenging poor security practices and empowering organisations to build resilient, secure infrastructures that defend against evolving threats and to be able to take control of their own defences.
